3 killed, 28 hurt over explosion at Filbest Gensan

At least three people were killed and 28 wounded at an explosion that occured infront of FILBEST, a fish canning factory located at General Santos City.

Sketchy report recieved says that the casue of the explosion has not yet been known as of this report. Police authorities are making follow-up investigation to determine the real cause of the blast and pinpoint the perpetrators.
